Norway Winner of Eurovision 2009 in Moscow Latvia fails to reach finals
As Latvia fails to reach the finals, Norway is the winner and will host Eurovision in 2010. As the Riga Rooster is saddened by Latvia's loss he crows loudly for Norway.
